The Priorities

Our Road Map

The better the teacher, the brighter the future.

Goals, Results, and Ongoing Actions

Our goal is to make educational training accessible to as many teachers and educators as possible, enabling the launch and improvement of quality educational programs, especially in low- and middle-income countries.

.

We are doing that by targeting three primary results:

1. This output entails developing training content and creating a multilingual platform for online learning in order to provide access to pedagogical training for teachers and educators in different parts of the world. This output was attained in 24 months, beginning in July 2022.

2. Provide training materials for teachers and educators in four languages and five important geographical areas: the Indian subcontinent, English-speaking Africa, Francophone Africa, Spanish-speaking Central and South America, and Lusophone South America (Brazilian Portuguese). This output was achieved 90% in 24 months and is expected to be completed by November 2024.

3. Create an international community to share effective pedagogical, educational, and instructional approaches. The outcome was attained in around 24 months; the establishment of such a community is central to our 2024-2025 intervention methods.

Keepers of Growth and Well-Being

Every teacher plays a pivotal role in shaping a child’s development and offering essential support for their abilities and well-being.
Child Protection
Teachers and educators are the primary protectors of children, often the only ones who can rescue them from social marginalization and unsafe conditions.
Well-being & Health
With well-trained teachers, children quickly acquire essential skills like reading and numeracy, while also developing abilities crucial for their overall health and well-being.
Economy & Society
Improving teachers’ skills fosters self-determination, socioeconomic mobility, and sustainable growth in economic, social, and environmental sectors.
Inclusion
Teachers Outreach empowers educators in unstable environments to pursue ongoing training, improving the effectiveness of their educational interventions.

Enhance the training of educational and school staff.

Scientific research and quality of teaching

Our goal is to enhance teacher training, expanding the number of high-quality educational initiatives that foster skill development, promote socioeconomic mobility, and ensure long-term well-being for students.

Teachers whose initial training has been interrupted or halted due to various local challenges must now, more than ever, complete their education.

Scientific literature shows that strong teacher support not only enhances student achievement but also highlights how “less qualified teachers” can negatively affect student performance.

Furthermore, studies have shown that improved student achievement, under the guidance of more qualified teachers, is closely linked to long-term benefits.
